Now, do not get this twisted everyone in HYIP including the professional players in this industry do loose money here but the difference between the professional investors and the uninformed investors is that the professional investors make more money than loss compared to the uninformed or newbie investors. There are so many reasons why investors loose money in HYIP some you can control if you are informed so you cannot control basically just like in every business.

One of the reasons investors loose money here is GREED. This sound like a cliché but it is a fact. Because most new investors here are very greedy to want to get rich over night, there is no such thing as get rich over night here, you have to get it right or else you get your finger burnt. In fact, the fraudulent Admins know this and they use it to their criminal advantage. For crying out loud, how can someone tell you that you will make 150-200% of your investment in a day and you believe it, that is impossible in this industry as far as I am concerned, such programmes are destined to scam do not put your money there. Because of so much greed, most newbies jump into such offers with the intension of getting rich quick and then come out poorer than they went in. So, very important, get informed and watch your greed level.

Another reason is LACK OF INFORMATION. I see a lot of people getting into this industry without knowing the foundation of what they are getting into. For you to do well in this industry you must be informed and timely too. Most investors are just lazy to make research before making an investment decision. It will interest you to know that most HYIP programmes that you will see have stopped paying their members a long time ago and yet some new investors put their hard money in there, only if they knew. An investor needs to know to an extent when to stop investing and to watch out for signs of scamming. Truthfully, no HYIP runs forever, sometimes a HYIP collapse not because the Admin is a crook but because the circumstance is beyond his control while most of other times, the Admin planned to abscond with members money. All these require information, in fact most times one get to see the signs of possible scam and other times you don't. So, information is very vital here.

WRONG BELIEF is yet another reason why investors loose money here. You know sometimes a programme plays out very well, pays everyone as and when due, great Admin. Some investors in this situation tend to believe erroneously that this one that pays very well will last for ever, wrong! Also most investors especially new comers tend belief and take to heart what the Admin claims to doing to earn money for his members, wrong belief. In as much as I know for sure that whatever they claim to be doing does not affect the performance of the HYIP, do not believe what is written there.
